RETURN POLICY:

Can I return my item?

Returns are not available. All tops are final sale. Size exchanges may be made only if we receive the item(s) less than 10 days after we shipped the item(s) to you. We are not responsible for the return shipping charge and exchanges will only be accepted within the United States. Remember everything is handmade to what color/size you order so double check! We are not a super brand and can give back full refunds at the moment. Maybe in the future.

EXCHANGES:

My top is too small can I exchange it for a new one?

Yes! In a case where the top is too small, it is easy to repair! Just contact me and I can see what I can do. In a case where it's too big, the problem is it cannot be fixed and you can exchange it for a new one but the fee will be $10 in order to pay for the supplies. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge. Altogether I advise you to check and make sure the size you choose is right for you. Again any further questions just contact me.

CARE:

How do I wash my crochet top?

Hand wash with cold water and lay flat. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY!!!

Can I wear my top in the water?

Yes definitely for the tops made of 100% cotton or acrylic, DO NOT wear them in chlorinated water for long periods of time or in hot tubs because the harsh chemicals can ruin the yarn. This material does hold more water than traditional swimwear, but it can easily be removed by pressing the garment to your body. It's basically like a regular bikini.

SHIPPING:

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Depending on how many items you purchase, it can take up to 1-2 weeks to ship out. Each item is handmade and takes 1-5 hours to make so, it takes longer to make larger orders. Understand I am the only one making these tops and have a job and go to school! It all depends on how many orders are before yours.
