Can I return my item?
Since each piece is handmade just for you, returns aren’t available. All sales are final. However, we do offer size exchanges if you contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note, you'll be responsible for return shipping, and exchanges are only available within the U.S. Make sure to double-check your size and color before placing your order!
Why no refunds?
Right now, we're a small business with one maker, so full refunds aren't available at this time yet. Hopefully, in the future, we can expand and offer that!
EXCHANGES:
My top doesn't fit---can I exchange it?
Yes! If your top is too small, it’s an easy fix—just reach out, and we’ll work something out. If it’s too big, it can’t be resized, but you can exchange it for a new one for a $10 fee to cover materials. You’ll also be responsible for return shipping. Always double-check your size before ordering, and if you have questions, feel free to contact me!
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
How do I wash my crochet top?
Hand wash with cold water and lay flat to dry. Crochet tops with crystal or mushroom pendants, you can detach these pendants from the top due to their lobster claws. In addition, items with chains or O ring details, these are fine to stay on while hand washing. Just mindful these are not left to soak in water for extended periods of time to help preserve the color, although most metals used are stainless steel silver. PLEASE DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY!
Can I wear my top in the water?
Yes definitely for the tops made of 100% cotton or acrylic, DO NOT wear them in chlorinated water for long periods of time or in hot tubs because the harsh chemicals can ruin the yarn. The material absorbs more water than regular swimwear, but it's easy to squeeze out—just like a normal bikini!
SHIPPING:Where do you currently ship?
We currently only ship to any where in the United States. Although, international is not currently offered automatically on the site, I would be happy to ship anywhere around the world! Please reach out to me via the contact form or message me on Instagram @chlos.clothing.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Since each item is handmade, it can take up to 1-2 weeks to ship, depending on the size of your order and how many order I have ahead of yours. Please keep in mind, I'm the only one crafting these pieces, and I also have a day job.
